Fiasco Gelato is one of my favourite Canadian businesses with an amazing success story after many hardships over the years. I recently toured their facility in Calgary and shared their story on the blog which is worth a read! Our family loves gelato, growing up in Winnipeg there was always lots of places to indulge but in Edmonton it wasn’t easy to find until we discovered Fiasco Gelato! 1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass and stir with ice.
2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and express a lemon swath overtop.

Snowed In – Dessert cocktail

• 1.5 oz Hansen’s Mulled Cranberry Moonshine
• 0.5 oz Cognac or Brandy
• 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
• 1 oz Cream

1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake with ice.
