Since my son was a toddler, I have been buying Appaman clothing; it has always been one of my favourite brands for kids! They offer on trend styles for boys and girls every season. Over the years we have owned jackets, jeans, swim and sweatshirts and have always loved the quality of their clothing. They stand up to the wear and tear from kids!
We were excited to receive a shipment of their new Summer in the City line for my 7 year old daughter and 10 year old son! I let them pick out the styles they liked this season. The summer line offers bright colours, graphic prints, an extensive swim line and the cutest co-ordinating pieces.
For the Boys
Casual cool styles are available for boys this season. We love that this brand goes up to size 14, our 10 year old is mega tall (over 5ft) so it works well for him! I also like that their prints work for all ages, it is hard to find age appropriate clothing in bigger sizes! Skulls are always our fave and this Pirate Stripe Crewneck is just to cute paired with the Brighton Shorts in Classic Blue.
Logan is keeping it cool, yet comfortable in the Downtown Hoodie – Sunny Days paired with the Camp Shorts in Tangerine Stripe. He loves that it is comfortable for everyday wear and I love that it doesn’t look like frumpy sweats. This outfit is perfect for travelling!
For the Girls
Hit the pool in style this summer with Appaman swim! The Mellisani Bikini has tropical vibes and the cutest palm tree print! We paired it with the Ava Pineapple dress for a great cover up option for the pool. My daughter and I LOVE pineapples so this dress was a must have!
The Oceana Long Sleeve Rash Guard set is designed for extra protection from the surf and sun. Our daughter has fair skin so this swimsuit was a great option for us to protect her from sunburn while she played away in the pool.
Rompers are perfect for summer, they can be worn as an outfit or a bathing suit coverup! The Novia Romper in pineapple island print was my daughters top choice from the line! She is a huge fan of rompers and I love how easy this one is to get on and off by herself.
Get your twirl on with the Yai Maxi dress in Speckled Lemonade. The length was perfect for our really tall 7 year old and she loved that she could spin and twirl in the dress. It doubles as a cover up for pool days as well!
